adequate stay with minor setbacks
limescale shower headfaulty extractor fan
the room i stayed in had some issues. the shower head had noticeable limescale buildup, it needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. also, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work properly, this was nice.

the location proved very convenient i did some christmas shopping the hotel sits close to major attractions the staff were really good from the front desk to the restaurant they were very helpful.
i found that the rooms lacked soundproofing conversations from adjacent rooms were audible

The hotel location is central. It makes exploring easy. My room was a Twin Room. I liked the room size.
The fire alarm went off. Nobody apologized for the noise. My request for a drink wasn't fulfilled at 12.30 on Saturday night. That policy is not acceptable.
